LUKE RICH

During the years of 2015 to 2017, I studied Creative Digital Media BTEC Level 2, this gave me an understanding on how to target my content to various audiences. This made a positive impact on the way that I plan to develop my strengths in media and music industries.
From 2017 to 2018 I studied BTEC Music Technology 90 credit diploma, this helped me develop my skills in the music studio allowing me to be able to distinguish between a good studio worker and a novice studio worker. The experience in the music studio also meant that I was able to make sure my mixing skills were at an industry standard and the ability to enjoy a well trained ear. 
From 2018 to 2019 I studied BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Music Technology at Dudley College of Technology helping me improve my knowledge of the music industry. This course has given me a grade of DDM giving me the opportunity attend Staffordshire University.
From September 2019 I started studying Music Technology BSc Hons degree course at Staffordshire University, which will enable me to develop the skills needed to work in the industry with the ability to develop a good understanding of the entire industry of music and media.

Outside of education, I have experience in live sound from volunteering at multiple churches from when I was at the age of 11 up to September 2019 where I left for Uni. This meant I have been tested with a few of the many challenges that could appear and how to best to resolve them, therefore giving me a better chance to understand the musicical equipment.
